Wii
Wii is the video game console released by Nintendo on November 19th 2006. This seventh generation console competes with Microsoft's X-box 360 and Sony's play station 3. As on October 2011 the wii leads the generation of X-box and Sony's play station it had worldwide sales and in December 2009, it broke the record for the best selling video game in the U.S. in single month. A distinct feature is that it has a wireless controller which can be used as a hand held pointing device. Another distinct feature of this console is that it has WiiConnect24 which enables it to receive messages and updates over the Internet while in 
standby mode.
